Yesterday was really good! I was in a great mood all day and ended up having a really good session with Joanna. and i have to eat my words, because she did get an opening and i am seeing her tonight at 6pm. thank god

A LOT bothered me from last night and I cried for a very long time. I was not just crying, but i was screaming and crying- and man I must of looked like a crazy lady driving home and sitting in tnhe parking lot.

Hahaha Karin!!! I was very close to meeting my meal plan yesterday. So close. I\'m pissed now because I fucked up after the meeting. Today I will get it right!!
