Joanna had read the email by the time I went in for our session. I had everything planned to say etc but that didn't happen because of what my dad wrote. I told her my weight yesterday she said (that doesnt matter what is it today), i told her what is was this morning and then what it was in the afternoon with Carlos.
After that she blatantly just said, so where do you want to go? I was confused. She then said, Sheppard Pratt, Johns Hopkins, Dominion- which one. I cried and said NONE. That yes I fucked up but I can still do it on my own. She said clearly I can't because I fucked up yesterday and it's just bound to happen again. This went on and on. Then at the end she said regardless of what we decide to do with the weight today, I want your parents to come in on Wednesday. I did not want that. Luckily Dad leaves super early Wednesday morning and won't be back until next week. So I called and left Joanna a voicemail saying that they can not come in this week and next week probably not because thats when we go to Georgia. So I said on her voicemail that she can feel free to call them or email them instead. I really don't care anymore. I already told dad and Carlos what went on today.

Well, I hope you will go IP. You obviously don\'t want to but I think you still need to. Carlos not your parents needs to take over. You can\'t take care of yourself anymore. Joanna is right. I hope they keep you IP for a long time until you realize what you are doing to yourself and the people who love you and until you truly in your heart want to recover.
well said joanna, it is about time she was firm and spoke strongly, matter of factfully. you have left yourself with no other option, as karin said, hopefully you will be able to stay long enough for you to realize your situation and then begin the recovery process. your parents arent the ones to take charge, it is carlos, has he ever been in session?
