okay he called me back.
apparently i was not paying attention or did not remember what he had told me in regards to taking the ativan. he wants me to decrease it to .5mg 3x a day verses 1mg 3x a day since it doesnt really have any effect on me and then wean me off. that is the only one he wants to wean me off.
he said yes he heard joanna's and i's plan and said that if he can help in anyway to let him know or call him at any time. no further appt was needed to set up for now.

well, im sure your relieved about that. now you just need to follow the plan and take care of yourself. your team just wants what is best for you and they are giving you a chance, which must mean they have confidence in your ability. keep journaling. hugss
