So..I am reading this article:
http://www.adaa.org/living-with-anxiety/ask-and-learn/ask-expert/how-can-i-tell-if-i%E2%80%99m-having-panic-attack-or-heart-atta
first it says:
In women, though, heart disease symptoms are sometimes mistaken for a panic attack.
then it says: Their first goal is to respond to their typical anxiety or panic symptoms as anxiety or panic. Their position should be to say, ‘I want to recover from panic disorder strongly enough that I am willing to have a heart attack and miss it.’ That is how they will confront their need to be 100 percent certain.
So...I have to me more afraid of being a hypochondriac than having a heart attack?  Well, duh.  So how can you tell for sure?  blaa haaa haa...You can't so just ride it out and if you are still here tomorrow than it was anxiety.
