a better day
so yesterday was better than expected. I got through the awful website training meeting. i still think it's ugly and doesn't represent the company well but it's not my decision. Our colors have always been green. the new website is white with blue. Blue to me does NOT say ...warm and inviting come live at our places. At least the apartment sites got green in their template..but then it is a big contrast to the corporate site. retarded but then it's not up to me. People are asking me questions of a helpdesk nature but since I have not been included on any of the decisions or trainings I just smile and direct them to their new bitch of a boss.
Her name is Olga...no one likes her. She is the new operations manager. she doesn't share information or communicate. She sent out an group email to all the property staff about gossip..basically don't talk to each other..if you have a question ask her...and then forwarded that email to my supervisor telling her that I am negative about most people and she hopes I will be talked to. When my supervisor (yes the nazi actually defended me) asked her for examples of how she felt I was being negative she could not provide any.
I am supposed to be the helpdesk for the whole company but she is making policy changes and not informing me so I cannot really help them much except to direct them back to her.
Since I support two companies and the economy is slowly improving things are busier than ever so that is just fine. I have enough hardware tickets to keep me busy for weeks lol.
He was sober when I got home last night. I think he knew I was pretty pissed on monday.
I continue to fight with my new tablet since it upgraded to jelly bean. I was hesitant to reset it afraid that I would lose data on my favorite game(puzzle and dragon) Last night I was fed up and reset it anyway. It went great and my backup data was still intact...something finally went well for a change lol.
Hopefully that carries on into the rest of my day today as I plan my vacation to see my mom and work out this python script for my project. Happy Hump Day!

I haven\'t cared for Jelly Bean at all. I know it must evolve for the Android Tablet market, but my vote...right now...is iOS.
My sponsor gave us all iPad 2\'s and I guess I\'ve fallen in love with the thing. If I indeed change jobs, I\'ll be visiting my Apple store...gotta get a 3 with GPS and 3GS.
I hate even looking at my laptop anymore...but, having Linux on everything helps a lot. I dread cranking up Windows anything...it\'s such a pain.

yeah..I really liked this tablet when I first bought it..because it has the keyboard dock and it was great when it was Ice Cream Sandwich. Ever since it updated it\'s been a pain. The only reason I don\'t have apple is I am a cheapskate LOL. because they have puzzle and dragon for apple also ;)
