another day

Here's hoping today is pretty uneventful.  I am tired..this week seems so long.  I am relieved to have school done for the semester..since they made so many cuts I could not find a suitable evening class for the summer session so I am off til fall.  Next week I am going to Arizona to see my mom.  I am trying not to worry about the kitties being alone in the apartment for a week...I mean they will be taken care of...but they will be mad I am gone for sure.  It is a 13 hour drive UGH is it over yet?  Still, I could use the break.  HE came and spent the night at my apartment last night.  He has not even mentioned the Sunday night ordeal.  Denial much?  I am just taking it day by day.  I know I cannot put away ten years overnight and although I hope he gets help for the drinking, I am starting to realize that is probably not going to happen.  One more day with this damn heart monitor on and I get to turn it in...really tired of having this thing strapped on...annoying.  At least I got a few mild episodes recorded so they should get some data out of it.
Hope this rain is done after today.
