Nothing is different, could I have hit a plateau? I remember feeling this way with my grief counselor episodes, knowing that I am going to go there, say over and over that my baby died, and how terribly sad that was..and her saying how sorry she was, and that I should focus on our fond memories together during the pregnancy. End of session till the next, and...repeat. The it sank into me, the situation was never going to change, the counselor was never going to come up with some magical cure, this was something I should get used to bearing, and it was time to stop going to therapy. I feel like I have hit that season with my journaling: I could write a zillion articles about Sinza, and she would still be dead, I would still be sad, and the world would still continue to roll along.

I\'m so sorry for your loss. My 2 losses happened 5 and 6 years ago, and only in the last year I started counseling after having a couple of crisis. I know exactly how you feel abt the sessions, I stopped about a month ago, and I\'m feeling a lot better. I will never forget my babies, but like you say, they have no magical cure to get over the sadness. Big hugs
