Can you go that long without buying new clothes? Are you fashion-conscious, or do you just shop out of necessity?
Tired
I mainly shop out of necessity. A lot of my clothes were bought a very long time ago.

As long as you don't count underwear... Yeah, easily been 3 or 4 years since I bought anything. The clothes wear out before I buy new, as a rule.

I don’t like to shop for clothes, most of my wardrobe is a few years old.

I love Fashion but I dont follow fashion trends I have my own style. I enjoy wearing new stuff. I shop Anywhere that I see something nice and good quality even Walmart. I dont care for brands unless its boots I love expensive high quality footwear but none of those Jordans that everyone wears. As long as Im comfortable and like the way I look and feel I am happy. I dont like big labels or graphics on my clothes I feel that it is immature and looks childish.

Easily. I've often done this out of financial necessity. New clothes are a treat for me.

lol...I'm 66 and I still have/wear a turtle neck shirt I was pictured in at 30! Last couple of years I've been clearing out unworn clothing, season to season switching. Having lost 20lbs I needed some new cloths....I do sometimes buy on impulse :( like yesterday.

I could, i certainly have plenty to last, i get bored with the ones i have thats why i buy new.

I have along the way. Sometimes a new contract required different clothes, or when I joined an exercise class. Sometimes I thrift store shop to feel good for almost nothing. Though I usually have something specific in mind. Have begun some culling. Haven't bought anything this year. Regular stores are if buying a gift for someone else.

I'm still shopping. From time to time, I must have a couple of new pieces. I like the feel of new garments. Love and Hugs.

My auntie tailored and altered cloths so they fit me and my needs. I barely got new cloths and still I only buy cloths when I really need it. I try to wear cloths until they rip or tear. Then comes the hard bit for me to go looking for something new.

naw-not unless I come across something I MUST have and it is cheap

Easy. I gave 3 suv loads of all of my clothes to a homeless shelter 2 years ago. Now I just own a couple things.
TES9579
Like a lot of others here, I tend to only buy clothes when I need something because an item I already had needed to be replaced.
angelscrydragon
I don't buy new clothes because I can't really afford them. I live by my budget, and clothes just aren't in right now. As long as I have clothes I am mostly okay, though I wish one day that I could get more professional clothing; for now, it is the way it is.

I could if I had to but love getting soemthing new now and then but alos have clothes that are 20 years old or more, lol. If I really like somehting I wear ti till I just can't anymore!

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...
