over the weekend for me I was at OA retreat and the meals were abstinent meals but thing was it was buffet....can we trigger over eating any more than that? I did not try to over eat and probably at a bit more than I should be eating but the food was really good! they had bbq bratwurst on Saturday night dinner and bbqed hamburgers with cheese you could ad.....I did both two burgers and one bratwurst and no bread on any of them.....I did eat two slices of swiss cheese as the burgers would not support eating them on the burger....they were sort of bbq cold....cooked but they sat to point there was no hot to melt cheese....
but we had fritatas for breakfast both times and bacon on Sunday morning.....
