I have a list going on my desk of soups I want to make soon. I honestly would love to cook a bunch of soup in bulk then save it somehow. Idk if I could freeze it in baggies or not? I thought about canning it bit I'm probably not going to.
Here are some of my ideas:
Shellfish Gnocchi Soup, cream based with seaweed
Lamb Dumplings with Dal beans and curry spices
Creamy tomato shellfish and noodle soup
Leek, Cabbage and Potato soup (that's diet lol)
Beef and Noodles
Classic Chili
Squash Soup
White bean Chicken Chili
Chicken Corn Chowder with peppers
What are some of y'all's favorite soups to make, and how do you save leftovers?
