I heard something that said we as women often get stuck on the promise the plan and other things. We have to choose instead of waiting on his promise or his plan. Choose u.

I firmly believe that we attract what we give off. Like a Boomerang, we will recieve what we are or convey.
I attracct emotionally unavailable men.
The realization of the fact that I'm emotionally unavailable - to me, is a slow process. And I'm resisiting. I don't understand how that is even possible, given that I'm DYING To be in a relationship.
But there you have it.

do you want to be second choice? for years you have agreed to that. so painful of a choice for yourself you are making repeatedly.

i'm interested in what you want.................... if the relationship would continue this way for another 5 years is that what you want????? he is going back and forth b/c you both are allowing that. and that's perfectly acceptable if thats what you want. if that's who you believe you are that you don't deserve a healthy partner of your own.....

can you tell us more from your heart in a vulnerable way why you stand for this?? i believe it is time to dig a little deeper.... you are certainly worth so much more............

I guess I believe him when he says that he is finished with that chapter of his life. Our first year was really good....I keep looking for us to get back there but I don't think we can. I wonder if this is my last chance at having my own children and yet I wouldn't ever want my own child in this situation. I deserve better. I am a really good person and a really good friend and girlfriend. I do what I say I'll do. I show up. I try harder. I apologize.

I don't want the relationship to continue like this for another week - That is why I am moving out this weekend to my own place. His actions have not matched up to his words for far too long. He is going back and forth because I am allowing it on my end. I need to put distance between us and not give him 100% control.

I believe you are doing the right thing by taking back your power and moving out. Much support to you.

I am pretty much all moved in except for a few items that will come this weekend. I am sad that it had to come to this but let me tell you it was empowering at the same time! I actually can not wait to get home...not because I am anxious that he may drop a bomb on me again like when I was living with him but because I get to relax fully when I get home. Do some laundry and unpacking. Drink some wine...make plans for my future. Space and time is what I am doing for me and it feels more right than I've felt in a long time!
