Two nights ago, I had a dream I won 17 million dollars in the lottery. It felt really real and was a very unusual dream for me because I always believed hard work would be the way to succeed. The dream itself was not what was strange. It was what I was going to do with the money...And these thoughts came to my mind in that half sleeping/half waking state..The very first thing I wanted to do was to pay off the mortgage of the friend I had talked to that afternoon who is buying his first house on his own post divorce. He had expressed his worries with the financial burden and the possibility of a second job was floated..My second thought was

I think it is time to turn it around and stop buying into the theory. Let's start acting like the talented, capable, loving strong women we really are..
Good on you for marking up your paintings. And you are right, it is not only you who stand to benefit..there are many around us including our children who will get to see how strong women act...
Why am not surprised by your lottery fantasy..I had the exact same thought with regards to giving to my exes..To prove I was a better person:)...
