You know what's crazy...all thsi time I've been agonizing about the fact that he hasn't made contact..being so sad and pissed and confused and in total disbelief that he could actually go on and forget me.
Now that I've heard from him, I don't know how to feel. But I know it ain't good. I wish he hadn't.

Call someone, write it down how you feel and think it through. What he has done is tug on a string. Remember if he truly wanted yu, he would and will climb any mountain, knock down any wall to get to you. The lazy ass text is not that. Be strong and know this is for YOU.

I know the text is crap. That I've learned, if nothing else.

I don't know what the day will bring but thank Goodness I don't get a moment to breathe at work as I'll be VERY busy for the next few weeks...hell I'm even working all of thsi weekend.. it's like a Godsend.

I'm trying not to read too much into his text. I'm well aware that granted, he was probably wondering about me, why I've been so quiet. However there surely was the boredom factor. I'm not selling myself short, just being realistic. If he was on his way to move mountains for me, he will have to start with an early morning text.

It's not so much the timing (in my opinion...) but more the fact that it is totally PRESUMPTUOUS to think after a month you can send a, "Hey, how's it shaking buddy?" text. It is ridiculous and a meagre attempt to engage. Same as my situation EXACTLY. If it had been, "Hey, I have been thinking about you and reflecting and I wonder if we could talk." then there would be something to think about. The other is just a stab in the dark to try to keep you hooked.

Not that i expected anything more. He is full of shit like that. He has NEVER been one to show sentiment, he regards it as weakness. It just won't fly this time. I've made excuses for his lack of emotion throughout our relationship. I have zero tolerance now. Anything short of 'I miss you, please talk to me, I've really thought about everything you've said' is just hot air.
