I covered many topics, but most notably suicide. What is most difficult to live with is that if you experience great suffering in life, being cheerful and persistently happy going can have its perks -- that is, having the happy gene.
I've experienced great loss, and where my social groups have failed, in my time of grieving, I was able to bootstrap myself with the many layers of conversation I have built up over the years. Having a strong memory is also important, which is typically a feature of Williams anyway.
