Hello,
I don’t even know where to begin, but I am 27, and my husband passed away suddenly at the age of 28 about a month ago. I was hoping other widows could let me know what has helped them with there grieve and to find strength.

I am 33 and lost my husband Jim who was 32 on 2/20/2018 very suddenly. At first I felt shocked and deeply depressed. Now that the shock is wearing off I am having very bad anxiety and panic attacks for no real reason during the day. Therapy and support groups are helping, and I am also hoping to start medication to help me function through this new stage of grief. My best advice is to keep talking about it and get professional help if that’s what you feel you need. Losing a spouse is a trauma, and there are unique feelings that come with being a widow so young and so suddenly. I hope you find the support you need through this terrible time.
