Good morning, I just joined. I lost my husband on father's day last year. I was doing ok busy with work and grown kids, grandkid, bit it's time to get the house ready to sell. It is horrible going through things. I haven't touched a thing of my husband's since he passed. It makes me feel like he is still there.

I'm noticing the same.maybe the holidays?

I would like to by-pass the holidays. It's all a fashion show anyway. LauraBee, I know it's hard. Sorry for your loss. We were renting, so as soon as I could, I moved! Planning a possible permanent move again within the next year. I haven't gone through all of my LH's things, but the clothes are definitely all gone (I think I kept a shirt and a tie and a couple caps). That is always the first thing I have to do. I have a lot of tools and office supplies yet to try to sell and hope to have a yard sale next month. This is definitely a journey. Like a child, I keep asking, "Are we there yet?" No answer...

We have another holiday creeping up on us, and we're going through the seasonal change. Sometimes that makes people step away and reflect on their own. We do go through ebbs and flows here...

Anyway, I am still here! :)

She, lots of times I just check to see if anyone has posted but don't post myself because not much to say. A lot of us do this. I have noticed quite a few new people here, and I am glad that they have found this site. It truly is a lifeline to many. I have read about your indecision about moving and hope that you are able to make a decision. I find that I can't make many decisions about much of anything! Take care and keep posting. Roxanne
