I cry because I am grateful to have known love!!
Crying now, is like brathing, but I find after a really good one, I feel a little better releasing it all.
And I'm with Kcagain, I cry because I'm grateful as much as sad! when my son graduated/ BUCKETS!!!
HUGS and much love to all of us who let it out!

I'm usually not as weepy as I have been today, but I've been under a stressful deadline at work and it ended happily yesterday. I think I might be weepy because I'm so relieved. Stress causes me anxiety and it seems like it's been one stressful thing after another since Brian passed away last year.
I will say one thing about crying is that I have dry/itchy eyes and I have prescription drops for that. I don't use them as much anymore because of my daily weepiness. That is one positive to it.
