Widows & Widowers Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.
I've been trying to go on but its so so hard and while I have family that is supportive, it just isn't helping that much. Its been 3 months since R passed away and its not getting any better. I've cried every day this week. My R and and were into RVing and he wanted me to continue to do so. I went to South Carolina with my daughter and grandchildren and was able to learn all that I needed to set it up. Luckily I'm very good at driving it. Planning on going back to NH (where we spent most of our married life) for July with the RV but I don't think RVing alone will be any fun. We will see.
I'm also planning on doing what we had planned to do this winter; find a place to winter with the RV. I'm going to try Texas, Arizona and Florida...but I'm not sure how it's going to be all alone. Having no one to share experiences with is the major problem but I promised R that I would do this.
Thanks for listening...
