Breathe, take a deep cleansing breath and let it out slowly, ever so slowly. Repeat and repeat. I close my eyes [sometimes I get a vision of him when he was strong and healthy and we were so in love!]
We are right here, nearby and we all know what you're feeling.
I send you a warm and loving hug,
Roz
Big HUGS for you, all day.

Im actually going to fly there in a couple of weeks just to see the gravesite for the first time, and not really see anyone. I want him all to myself this first time, before I go back for the year anniversary.
I know it's a hard day. I am sorry for your sadness. I truly am and I hope your weeks comes along a bit better.
The one year mark for me lasted a whole week. I bought flowers and candles and had a little Memorial for my hubby.
Please take care of yourself. Do your best to NOT LET the sadness over take you....tell yourself, I don't want to do there, over and over if necessary and I want to control myself now...it helped me because I was a non stop tear machine and had to make myself stop.
I wish you well and that the visions you see, as I see them myself, start to fade into the background for a while to give your mind and heart a rest.
My best to you.
You're not alone in having it hit you hard at times, somehow we'll figure a way to keep going.
Hang in there, took me 2 yrs. to even think about joining a site to chat.
