Wow, that's great! I give you credit for what you've done. I made a deal with myself that every day I would take out a "load." Well, I soon tired of doing that and found that Morey was quite a hoarder.

I'm not so perfect myself. I love collecting pictures of the children and grand children. I have 5 brothers and sisters so pictures of them and their children soon make it to my walls and shelves too........I'm slowly taking them down [patching up the poor walls] and storing them. I bought two big containers and now what do I do?

I think what helped the most is my mom came over and help begin to sort through. And I told her what was absolutely not allowed to go. And I actually left for about 2 hours to go to my sons football game. And i told her that if she asked me about something and I could make up my mind then she should just make the call but not to tell me what it was. I took the aproach of what I don't know won't hurt me. The when the junk removal guys came I stayed in my sons room and she showed them what all to take. I think if I had been watching them physically take it from the house I wouldn't have been able to handle it. And so far I haven't missed anything. Most of it was junk, Brad was not one to through anything away if it could be used for something else. The anticipation leading up to it is the worst, but once it's done you feel so much better!
