Talked to someone at work who lost her mom about the same time my daughters have lost their mom. I got some good advice on what to keep for my kids, from their moms belongings.
At work today I almost lost it, I haven't felt this much grief in a while, a fresh wave of pain.
I am thinking the recent graduation has something to do with all of this, I keep getting swept backwards some nostalgic feelings and thoughts as though high school was an anchor in my life and in my oldest daughters life. Now trudging on is painful and I am not pushing her to get a job and do a million other things because I know she is feeling a bit of shock also.

Just keep pushing forward. I have my bad days, and my worse days. I love to ride the highs, but I hang on for the lows. Three months for me on Thursday.
