1) local credit union will accept refinancing my 5 acres
2) local deli/store above me a few miles will hire me this spring - otherwise I would need to travel ~44 miles into town for work
It will not be what my degree is in (would not get a job in it in my location anyway) but heah I just need supplemental income to support me/ 2 horse/2 dogs/2cats
Besides I have that stipluation of not going over the amt SSI says I can make without penalties or whatever
I am still scared like Judith: can I make it? I think I can I think I can I think I can, I pray I can.
Please God help me keep these going good, & nothing to mess it up except winning the lotto

So happy for you, was just hoping something would work out on the financing! The PT job sounds like a good thing too. I know you can make it. One idea I had; do you have any room for extra horses? You might think about boarding horses for people. That is quite a business up in MN where my daughter lives.

This is GREAT news! What a difference a day makes! So happy for you. You are amazing that you have been able to accomplish so much being left alone as we all have been. I'm cheering you on!!!

A horse person! My horse has been so helpful in what I have called the dark days. I don't need to explain why I'm sad to a horse.
