This is a quote by Frederick Buechner, which I think is very uplifting:

"When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. I live in the same house, where every little thing reminds me about him. I do not want to change anything. Every tree, every bush, and every flower in our yard he planted for me. Now I take care of it with love. I keep some of his things on places where they used to be, like glasses on the desk, car keys, umbrella I am wearing some of his clothes around the house. I like to listen our music, watch his favorite dvd movies sitting in his chair. I drink coffee from his cup almost feeling his lips. In every room I put his picture where his is young and smiling. I have locket with his picture and hair, wedding ring and plus infinity ring. I understand they are just things, but they have his energy and it works FOR ME.
Life, the whole idea of BEING is wonderful. What does life worth without Love? People die, Love does not.
Everybodys doing fine, live their lives. His absence affected my life the most. And its OK, its how it should be.
I have another quote. I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER ME. IF YOU REMEMBER ME, THEN I DO NOT CARE IF EVERYONE ELSE FORGETS.
