I am sitting here on the computer with the TV on. Something on TV made me smile and laugh. I realized that emotionally I felt better. I brought up a web site to see what the benefits of smiling are. I know all of us here have a serious reason to shed alot of tears, but maybe some good medicine for those of us grieving is to smile more often.
1. Smiling makes us attractive.
2. Smling changes our mood.
3. Smiling is contagious.
4. Smiling relieves stress.
5. Smiling boosts your immune system.
6. Smiling lowers your blood pressure.
7. Smiling releases endomorphins, natural pain killer, and serotonins.
8.Smiling lifts the face and makes us look younger.
9.Smiling makes you seem successful.
10. Smiling helps you stay positive.
Peace and take care everyone....

I love to smile, but I have found that my face has fallen because of the stress. I hope that it helps promote facial muscles. Hugs~Shelley

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
