Then, occasionally, weird, unexplained, stuff would happen. The strangest one was when his hat, which was sitting on a shelf, fell onto the carpet. I looked for a logical reason for this to happen. There wasn't any. The windows were all closed. No breeze blowing thru the house. TV was off, so nothing was vibrating the shelf. I was coming out of the kitchen at the time, so I did not brush against to move it. Some may say I'm crazy or reaching, but it had to be him.
I would find pens in weird places (one in the grassy field close to the lake where we scattered his ashes). Kitchen lights flickered off and on that whole summer. Radio turned on in the middle of the night. Picture crashed to the floor once sending me flying out of bed and downstairs shivering and shaking with fear. No reason for it to fall off the wall.
Oh yes, they're around.
She knew only my first name and my cell number (registered under my sister 50 miles away), she told me three people wanted to reach me, which of the three did I wanted to contact. I replied the younger male (didn't say my husband- gave no information)
These are the thing she told me:
- exactly how he died (only 6 family members knew this)
- I made ash vials for my girls and I thought of taking them that day
- I talked to him when I was alone in the house
- the pennies we kept finding
- I had a grocery list he wrote still on the frig
- my daughters releases balloons with letters to him on his birthday
After my reading, I haven't felt him near me. He told me to "just let it go". :) But we still find pennies in unusual places, my daughters love that.
