Wondering if anyone else feels this way.....I thought I was doing ok but tears sprang to my eyes and had to leave store.  I was waiting for cashier and watched an older couple holding hands, laughing, bantering back and forth, teasing, just being a loving couple.  I thought to myself, that should be me and my husband, still being together, like one.  I wasn't jealous but just wished it was me.  I thought to myself....I wonder if they know how lucky they are to still be a loving couple, having one another, not being alone.  I almost approached them to say to never take it for granted and wish them a lifetime together, but before I became a blubbering mess in front of everyone, put my items down and left the store.  Got in my car and frankly cried til I thought my eyeballs were on the car floor.  I hadn't cried in about 6 months but bam like a lightening bolt, the pain of losing John struck my heart again.  There will always be triggers and have to learn how to cope better.  Felt so embarrassed, don't want people to see my pain sometimes.  Today is another day, so will make the most of it.
