Your post is so positive and fabulous. I too believe that our loved ones are in Heaven, being so happy, and meeting one another. (I also do not mean to offend anyone that has different beliefs.) When I can hold on to this belief, it does make things a tiny bit easier. Of course I still have immense pain and loss. I haven't been able to achieve a whole or positive life, yet. When my husband died absolutely a part of me died. But I do pray that one day I will have a new life. I believe what you expressed is encouraging. Thank you for your post.
The literally move on to another life.
If it comforts you to think the way you do I am not here to dissuade your thinking. We are all entitled to believe in the way that best fits us.
I don't believe that anyone loved their mate more than I loved my Morey. He was a "one-of-a-kind" man. He loved me just as I loved him and it was an amazing marriage of two souls. Towards the end of his life he suffered so horribly with health issues that his entire personality changed but my love for him did not. As I looked deeply into his eyes I could see his love for me, even if he couldn't express it.
We all deserve to hold to what we believe and to be comforted by those beliefs.
Warmly,
Roz
