It should of only been one month to our wedding and I'm starting to really really feel it. I find at 10 months it's getting a little harder. I imagine that we would be sitting on the couch making the final arraignments. He used to tell me every night "I'm going to marry the shit out of you" ( pardon my language). I have no idea how to even start to live again, sometimes I wish it would just be my turn into the afterlife. I know my friends are starting to get a little annoyed with my non-stop "Danny did this and Danny did that". I'm hoping once the wedding day passes I might have a little more solace. Sending love out!

Well ladies, as for me, I had a good cry this evening. I actually watched a movie by myself -- my first solo since Juani died, and actually only about my 4th movie, no tv either. So I guess it is a breakthrough of sorts for me.
Jennifer, recognize how blessed you were to have had the love you did with Danny. For all of us, no matter how much time we had, it was never enough. I am so sorry, and I know you hurt. We all do. ~~~ Scottie
It's just not possible or realistic to expect someone to just drop a person because physically they are not around. It's what is in your heart that is the only thing that matters. He will be there as long as you want him to be. And in the end you will see him again. I don't just believe that I know it to be true. We all will. Don't worry about your friends because friends don't get annoyed with someone who they know is grieving like this and they care about. My wife went home with the Lord in August and our 16th anniversary was in Sept. It was hard but I made it thru because she would have wanted me to and he would want you to also. So take care of yourself and come here where we never get annoyed because we are in the same boat.
Peace, Tim
