I am so excited I was offered a job at the local RV/resort. In 2007 my husband and I were managing it for the new owners which were not nice people and not people people. We ran it for 7 months before we quit.
These people are really nice, they were told by locals that Roger and I had ran it, and were good people people. So I explained I could only work part 25 at least hrs to 30 hrs and no more due to SS.
They agreed and the salary is more than minimum wage. They will probably start me after this week.
Whew I was sweating finding a job as our nearest town is 44 miles away and I was going to go to AD temp and try to find a data entry job.
I will probably work weekends but not all weekends as I told them I wanted some weekends off due to that I just lost my husband and thats the only time I can see my kids.
They want me to write a welcome letter inviting all the locals to a free BBQ Memorial weekend.
