Widows & Widowers Support Group
This community is dedicated to those who have lost a husband, wife, or partner. Anything is open for discussion here, with the hope that we can focus on grief, bereavement, life after loss, and continuing on after a great loss.
There is a "Report Abuse" link on every page of DS, in the bottom middle of the page. Click on that and a message form box comes up asking for the member you're reporting and then there is a space for telling DS why you're reporting them. You can copy and paste the e-mail you got into that box.
We've been hit with a bunch of these. They are usually "orphans" in some African village, claiming they have no money for clean drinking water or medicine - yet somehow have Internet access??? Yeah, right...
Don't respond to the e-mails, just report them and let DS handle it.
Love and Hugs, Martha
They always ask that you contact them at an e-mail address off the DS site.
I also get them from time-to-time from supposed young women seeking love - the messages are written to entice the guys. When I had a cat picture up for my photo, I got one that said something about how handsome I was in the photo! It was laughable it was so bad.
Remember - don't respond, report.
