Sweetie - put the gates up around the moat and just sit - just be for a bit, and forget all else. If it's overwhelming, trust in the Lord, yourself, and us, in that order. Please take care of yourself.

Darling . . . everyone wants to know if you are okay. I know you will be okay. You just hit a wall. It's okay now . . just breathe with us. Falling against a door, falling on the floor . . falling in dreams . . . it's still okay. Just breathe with us. You're gonna be okay. Forgetfulness is not of issue, stressing is norm, grieving . . . 21 months later is still the norm. I'm so sorry that you are writing this "alone". I wish I could be there for you my friend. Again, please, just breathe . . . get some rest and let us know how you are tomorrow or later this eve. We all here on DSWW care very deeply about you and your well being.
