Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a while but I have to tonight Cuz im just here in my room missing my wife who just died is last November. I know we're going to be in a whole new year and I'll be alone and i just hopeing going to able sleep tonight. I wish everyone a merry new year.

I to lost my husband this past November.I to feel the pain you are going through. You are not alone in your journey to start healing.I to am alone on New Years .I pray everyday an night for healing an happinesses to come. I lost my husband in October. My first New Years with out him. I too am at home sitting here thinking about my Gary. This is really hard. How does one get through this. Is the hurt ever going to stop.

Yes it was my first new year also, having lost my husband in November. Actually found it harder than Christmas, tears never far away. I look forward to the day when I can remember my husband without the inevitable tears.
I don't know how we get through it but we can only try and trust that in time the pain will subside and give way to happy memories.

I lost my husband this past March. I find I am more into sleeping now through the holidays and for me since he left it is still a blur I think somedays he is still at the hospital,I want to go there but i know..the brain is just strange ,I have all these new voices it seems as though.

Hang in there Hector. You are not alone. I hope you find some relief soon. Now the holidays are over hopefully we can all get back on track. I don't know about you but it all seems so unreal to me, that feeling does not seem to go away. Sending you a hug. Jeanne
