Since losing my love & have read more about the after life. I have also read & heard that there will be no marriage in heaven, but you will still be together........ Be honest I don't know what to believe !!!!!!

I had a wonderful marriage here on earth & that's all I ever wanted, & it was taken from me. The hurt & emptiness just goes on & on !!!!

I believe we will be together, those of us that are happily married.. It is logical. I like you would not want that taken from me, 47years, 49 the 10th of this month. Its been rough, very rough, I just stay busy and call on Jesus often..

As long as I am reunited with him in some way, it gives me hope that I will see him again...I feel his spirit a lot. But being without him here on earth is agony...I really don't know how much more I can take.

I don't know if there is marriage in heaven, but I believe our marriage is made in heaven. People had told us that our marriage was made in heaven. It was odd that a total stranger sight-seeing, walked by, took one look at us and said to us that we were made for each other. I read a book, it said we were put here to learn life lessons. The world is one big classroom. Our lives were planned before we were born, therefore marriage was planned for us and made in heaven. I must be crazy rambling.

I agree, my husband was a gift God and I believe this gift is for eternity. I feel his presence a lot, my 20 year old dog does too, ran in circles the other night on my birthday.

Please read Revealing Heaven I and II by Kat Kerr. She is still working on book III. I believe this will be very helpful to you. I can picture my Craig in Heaven and what he is doing and what we both will be doing when we're together again. May God Bless You.

I hope and believe that I will always be married to my husband! That does not mean that I think for one minute those who have lost their spouse and then eventually fall in love and marry again can not still be married to both in the afterlife. That is my opinion. To not believe this would be like saying as a mother that I could only be a mother to one child.

I believe in love, pure and simple. And I believe that it is eternal. I do not know what form it takes in heaven but I am sure that it exceeds my poor imagination.

Heaven will be beyond all that we can imagine with our limited earthly imaginations. I am certain that we will be united in love with our deceased loved ones in the most incredible of all ways. Imagine, no more tears or sorrow or illness or anything other than complete perfect love!

My time remaining here on earth is my opportunity to prepare for Eternity with those I love. With God's Grace....

You are all so wonderful and insightful! I feel truly blessed to have found this wonderful sight. It gives me hope that at some point in this cruel world I again will truly accept his passing and become a " me" and not a "we". The last " Me" was at 19 years of age. So this should be an interesting journey as I have not clue who "I" am without him. Hugs and hugs and hugs to all of you!

I do believe that marriage does not exist in Heaven based on what I've read in the bible. Instead, we will have something better. I couldn't imagine anything better than marriage to my husband. It takes my breath away to think anything could come close. It makes me happy to know that God's home offers so much more than anything we've yet to experience. I'm excited!

I too believe The Bible, Mathew 22:30 tells us, " For in the resurrection,they neither marry, n'or are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven."

We will be married--to Jesus. He is our bridegroom! Our marriages here are a sign pointing to the perfect marriage in heaven--and I am looking forward to that one!
