I read this quote today. I realize that when the pain is engulfing, its difficult to believe that there is any good. But, here it is. I want everybody to love themselves deeply. Ive had to learn to love myself after my spouse died. I was so used to loving him and him loving me. I went through with drawls of having someone to love. And I missed being loved. One day, I did for myself what I missed him doing for me. I treated myself. Then I expanded. I gave myself permission to feel my feeling. I allowed myself to rest when I was tired. I bought myself gifts. One day, I looked in the mirror and I liked what I saw. I saw a strong, loving, courageous, caring, fun, bright and beautiful woman staring back at me. I love her smile! I love her! I count the ways that I love myself every day. Its true that the heart expands! Love yourself today. Love deeply! You deserve it! Here's the quote...
