Recentwidow, these "marking" days are difficult to manage. So many memories and pain come to the surface when you reach specific days--one month---each day is hard and then you're at one year and can't believe it. This is an important day. It may be difficult,but I've heard that the 1 year anniversary is the worst, but will be the start of your greatest period of healing.
