I lost my husband and best friend on March 28th. He had a massive heart attack without warning on March 20th. The doctors were able to keep him alive for eight days but his heart was to damaged and he passed. I miss him so much. We lived way out in the country and I decided to sell my place and move to where my son and grandchildren were. Some days I'm okay nd other days I feel numb. Fortunately I sold my place quickly. It's difficult to rebuild your life at 60. I'm doing what I can but I don't feel like I'm doing that great at it.

Please know you are not alone and there are unfortunately quite a few of us who totally get what you are experiencing. I am not and have never been a really super religious person, but I do find myself saying and thinking I will pray for you, please pray for me. Lisa
To be blunt, it sucks! Maybe in the past 2 years, I didn't cry a total of 20 days. Some days are better than others. I try to get from one day to the next with the help of my children, family and friends. Don't be afraid to reach out to them.
I hope you'll find the strength to get to those better days.
Some days I wish I would have sold this place immediately.
