hi i am Reg iam 56 i have only just lost my wife on the 28 of july i have 2 children 22 and 24 who have been so wonderful i am really struggling i know its ever so early i just need to talk to people that are going through the same emotions i hope that i can get some comfort also give some comfort to others i really look forward to hearing from you x

Hey Reg...I hope you are doing OK today! It will take time, lots of pain and time. I hope things went as well as they could and everyone was supportive!

I remember at my Cathy's funeral and after, some people said some really dumb things...try to take the support and leave everything that does not help you behind.

This is all about you and your kids getting over the worst possible loss and heartache, be selfish and do whatever works for you!!

I share your grief Reg. I just lost my Mary Jane after 43 wonderful years unexpectedly.

We had no children.
