I am compiling a list of everyone coming to Las Vegas - Yeah!! This list will only be available to those who are going on the trip. We would like you to include your name (screen name and "real" name) - where you are from - when you are arriving and leaving (both day and time) - the hotel you are staying at - and if you would also like to include some of the activities you are thinking of attending you can do that too.

If you would like to include your cell phone - you can do that also - it is up to you. Most of us in the "start-up" group will include our cell phone numbers so you will have easy access to everyone.

When I type it up, I will not only include a basic list with all the info - but I'll also separate it into a list of when people are arriving and leaving, hotels, activities - etc. - so it will be interesting for all of us to know what is going on. With a clearer picture of arrival and departure times it will help in the planning of get-togethers, etc. This is a confidential list - and group consensus will help us decide when to give it out (in LV or ahead of time)
