Venting is good. Things build up, you don't know where to put them. Not a fan of Christmas letters myself, so I know what you mean.

You have every right to feel the way you do. Unfortunately some people are very ignorant, and dismiss the things that they are afraid of the most. Just disregard it, and don't give it another thought. You just think about how, you knew him, and she didn't, then maybe you can forgive her, and just contribute it to, the plain fact is, she obviously didnt know what and how he was really feeling. Thanks for the support friends. I was looking for a pat on my back, and you gave me one, It did feel good to voice it. Sandra, my dog is bathed and groomed and sleeping in her bed. She takes a shower with me and sits in the tub staring at me when it's my turn to bathe. LOL! I named her Amigo, and she's a sweetheart. I've missed you too as well as many others. God bless us all. You have every right to vent, yell or what ever you need to do. I have found that my in laws have made up crazy stories about why and how my husband died. I think people like that make up things that make them feel better. She may have things that she feels bad about and that type of thing makes her feel better.

What ever it is that's a shame. You know the truth and that's all that matters

It's good to let it out. I know I've got some things to let out. Just to play devil's advocate just a little maybe she tells herself that to get through it herself and now believes it or she doesn't want to sound sad or a "Debbie downer" in the letter. Just another point of view.

As for the pictures you have a great point. I hope i made you feel little better.

oops, I almost always take pictures of peoples dogs and not them...
When i see someone walking with a dog and a baby, I have to force myself to say something nice about the kid, after gushing over their dog.
I dont know if step moms and husbands daughters are usually a match made in heaven. My stepdaughters are complete idiots and Im sure they gag at my pictures!
