That song kept going through my head: Another Saturday night and I ain't go nobody etc. So what to do? Could take a nap, sounded good but probably won't sleep tonight then. Clean house, did I say home ec was not my bag? The phone rang, sister in law wanting to know when they would get to see the pups. What the heck, maybe I will sleep tonight. the house work can wait, Rome wasn't built in a day. So loaded the little terrors up and off we went for a visit with my brother and his wife. So not like me to just make a snap decision like that. Maybe I am moving forward. Oh yes I still have the perpetual bags under my eyes, and the waves keep coming, but when they aren't I want joy. Tomorrow I am heading 93 miles to see my youngest grand. They are moving to Colorado the first of October so I want to see her as much as possible. Silver lining: I LOVE Colorado!! Hugs and Love, Michele

I think its so nice that you get an invitation to go somewhere. I was so happy when my daughter suggested I meet them for pizza yesterday. I dont really care for pizza, but I was so bored and had ZERO plans. Hate lonely weekends.
So happy you got out!
This new life is certainly an emotional roller coaster. But anyway Michele, I know what you mean about spur of the moment decisions popping up. Oh what the heck. Just go with it. May as well make the best we can of our situations because were the only ones who can make our lives the lives we want. So yes, housework, cooking, laundry etc can all wait if I get a better offer. All that "fun" stuff will b there tomorrow! Sheesh. Sometimes I'm a little long winded but just letting it all out in the only place that I know I can be understood!
Thanks all! Love ya!
