Since my husband left 21 months ago I sure am learning alot.
I have learned how to fix so many things and do so many things alone.
I also have learned I just can not do it all so getting better at asking.
Today I learned all about of irrigation rights and system - I am having to do so because of the flooding issues due to wonderful "DUMBS&^%#" neighbor (and while my other neighbors have a good laugh it does not solve my issues) SO I am learning all I can - and than piece things together to have a good talk with him. This issues needs to be taken care of this year.
I have found out I may have to do a civil suit to protect my acres but not if the regulatory agency finds he is using irrigation water illegally...
BUT I did find out the water rights were never transferred correctly from three owners ago so DOE is going to do that NOW....
It was fun to walk with the Dept of Fish & WIldlife guy the whole length of the ditch from the river - and see its intrigue works from point to point...AND I found where the shut off gate was (but not sure I can legally deny access across my property but will soon know)
BUT all of this had me sitting here thinking of all you learn fast that you depended upon them to do....BUT LIKE was said in a post today I sure would love to just have him back to do it. I'd happily remain dumb

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
When your done, can you help me with my washer? :)
