I have been having a difficult time believing my wife is gone. The rational part of my brain gets it, and I know she's gone as I held her hand as her heart stopped. But the emotional side of my brain just can't accept it. It's like I start to open a box just a little to peek in, but the pain emitting from it is so over whelming I slam the box closed again. I don't know if I'm trying to hard as I know I need to accept it to move forward.

Just being w/your grief to discharge pain & tears is healing ~
Tears release toxins from your body ~
Releasing pain & suffering keeps it from depositing in other areas that can effect you later on ~
I know it sucks, but believe me, it is good for you ~

I studied my books day & night searching for the answers to my questions ~

It was like breathing fresh clean crisp air - ahhhhhh ~
I've read several times people who have a strong faith heal better & faster than those who do not ~
I believe it's true, a person just has to want it & work at it ~
Everyone has their own way of dealing w/their grief ~
This was how I healed my grief ~

Please don't be overly hard on yourself. Move through your grief at your own pace - breath, yell, cry, feel. Your heart will know what to do. Trust it.
Much strength and peace to you. LP
