Hoping for a better new year

Lost my husband last month and now my mama is in ICU. She was in critical condition on Monday and drs didn't know if she would make it through the night. Remarkably she is doing better but our Christmas will be spent at the hospital. I think God thinks I am a tower of strength. Don't know how much more is expected of me and how much I can endure.

I am SO sorry for your pain. am pausing to pray for you.
To trust in my own strength is beyond absurd. I am no tower of That.
I pray some comfort and strength comes to you from way beyond yourself.
Believe me, I know what it is to beg for that.

So sorry that your dear Mamma is in ICU. I hope she makes it through and that she has a strong spirit to live. Wishing you and your family much strength and hope for your Mamma's recovery so she can go home to her family. Hugs, Nanette

Isn't it amazing how much we can do!!!! I never realized how much Morey did to make my life easier. Yesterday I had to have new brakes put on my car, then I had to go to the grocery store and then I had to take the dog to have his nails trimmed......and on and on.

LIFE is so much better and so much easier when you have a partner to take up the slack. To help you do ALL that it takes to live a life.

I'm so sorry about your Mama and hope that she's doing better.

Remember: You're stronger and better than you think!
