just need to let it go. I know what all the triggers are -1) the snowstorm yesterday, we used to enjoy them together, even the snow shoveling. 2) the weather is warm, this winter has been warm and last year was SO cold and the disease that took him was temperature related and I can't help but think that if the weather last year was like this winter he would probably still be here - it is like fate is messing with me. 3) we would have watched the football game together today. 4) the sky and temps are beautiful tonight, I know we would have bundled up and sat on the porch to enjoy the night sky. 5) I feel a little "migrainey" and one of my migraine auras is a feeling of depression. So add it all together and tonight is what you get.
Ok, time to suck it up, acknowledge my feelings, big sigh, big I miss you Babe and move on.
So on that note, I'll go make a cup of decafe and try to settle in - even though that was one of our winter "do togethers" as well.
Peace to all tonight, thanks for listening

Today I feel grateful. Grateful for my dog Blue (Blue Jean Baby Queen, Prettiest girl I've ever seen). Grateful I'm still kickin'. Grateful I'm finally taking responsibility for my health. Grateful I own my home. Grateful for good friends and neighbors who watch over me. Grateful to God for His everlasting love and patience with me. Grateful I survived the 10 years since my wife of 30 years...

Tomorrow will be a better day.
Hugs, Sandi
