A young couple want my place....they are working out financing rightnow as I would not come down $30,000 on the price. BUT they state they really want it.
PROBLEM: I have 3 inches of new snow and almost 3 feet all around me. I can not feasible physically get my horses, dogs, cats and me outa here this winter. They said it would take them about 60 days - AND I told them I could look at end of March - first of April.
I still have to find a place near Boise, Idaho where I want to move which is 6 hours away from me. MY original plan was my friend can keep my horses on his pasture (no pasture now) and I would stay in my camper with my dog fencing around it in my sons back yard til I got a place. ITS awful cold to do that now.
I had takenmy place off the market this winter but these folks parents live near me.
SO 1) they may not be able to get financing
2) it may not make inspection ( I think it will but ya never know)
SO I am packing ONE room (I have 4 bedrooms) for stuff I want
One room for goodwill stuff
One room for sale stuff
and if does not go through I am still further ahead.
NOW IF snow just stops for thiswinter it would be helpful

I love your concern over your animals since mine are of primary importance to me, too. If the people who want your house truly want it, they will work with you to ensure a smooth transition. Just continue to keep your cool and your personal priorities in order, and things should go your way.

Would you typically have a thaw by April 1st? Maybe you are worrying in advance for something that's not so likely?? Perhaps you can get enough money from the roomful of 'for sale' stuff to cover a month's rent in a motel/lodge until it's more feasible to do then camper set-up.
Would the buyers be interested in buying the livestock, too? Just a thought....
I think you will find a way through this. It has been a long time coming, and very stress-making for you. I am relieved that things are finally starting to look up for you. I also think that the packing is a wise thing even if something goes wrong and the deal falls through. You know it will need to be done regardless of when the sale happens.
I keep you in my prayers and positive thoughts always, and will continue to do so through this.

AND being with family much much closer will be a plus but I am gonna be careful to find a smaller place that I feel its right...
UHUHUH moving fun is going on - and I also am telling myself if something happens this does not happen I will be OK
