Congratulations! That little one will bring many smiles your way. I'm sorry to hear that the health insurance issue is not being resolved. These are freaky times for our country, and it seems that there are so many who are dealing with the same issuemy daughter being one of them. When companies close down or outsource their work, it leaves the former employees with few options. Being widowed compounds everything, and you sure don't need additional worries right now. I hope that very soon something will break loose for you. Blessings to you, and, again, I rejoice with you on the birth of your new grandson. Good news is always more than welcome on DS. We need those reprieves. TJ
Sorry to hear about no insurance, that is scary! I had that problem right after Joe died, but, thank goodness I got it settled soon. I retired from teaching a year and half before Joe passed and we were planning on moving our ins to my retirement ins. but, not until Joe retired. I had to move it quickly after Joe died. His ins was no longer in effect the next day after he died ~~ with no extensions!! I was very upset. Actually, they tried not to pay the ambulence bill -- the one that TOOK him to hospital when he died, with the paramedics working on him all the way. The lady at the ins. dept. told me that his ins. was no longer effective on the day he died!! I had to get that all straightened out. She kept telling me that he died the DAY BEFORE he did. I told her, with complete surety, that I KNEW the day he died. It took paperwork and several calls, but, finally got it straightened out. (only a couple of weeks after he died ~~ days when I barely knew who I was ~~ you know?)
What about O'Bama's "new ins" ideas? We are all 'supposed' to be able to "afford" ins. -- aren't we? ;-( I'm sorry! Hope you find a way to become insured.
Again ~~ CONGRATS on the new grandson!!
Hugs, Joely

Know what you mean about the fire wood. I use wood to heat my home. Hard work but saves on the gas bill.
They do give HOPE in every little smile!
Wonderful news to share!

My 1st grandson was born 10 months to the day after my husband's passing. For me it was a circle of life moment. Precious.
