In three weeks it will be two years since I came downstairs and found Cindy dead on the couch I have had some very bad days that lasted for some time .I have also had a lot of good times . When I get on this site now and read other peoples posts and see all the new people here since I joined it makes me a little sad for those of us who have been there we understand if any of those who need help or to just talk all you have to do is ask there is always someone on here who will be there for you .

This site has done a lot for me it has helped me with my healing it has let me vent ,I have made some good friends and one very special friend who talked to me one on one that is why I am living in Australia now starting our new life together .
I will always think about Cindy and I will always love her ,but just like everyone we owe it to the ones we love and lost to keep moving forward with our lives .
