Contact your state representative, ask a aid to contact you regarding your foreclosure -MAKE sure to state you need help with a foreclosure due to unexpected loss of spouse.
IF its due to being a sudden widow - check to make sure what they can do to step in and help you out.
There are programs I have been told - might vary state to state BUT
see if they can step in, fight your foreclosure - my neighbor did that, when her husband became disabled could not work no more, it stopped the foreclosure - I am not sure how it worked though - they got 3 yrs where they paid I want to say interest or maybe a percentage while they were given chance to sell their home. It was ~ 1/3 of what their payment was,
again I am not sure of the legalaities of what happened - they have since moved away to where their son is. I know they had 3 yrs to get it sold though & it took almost all of that.
BUT Roger and I used to go help do their lawn and stuff while in that period of time.
I know our representative stepped in and whatever happened gave them opportunity to stop foreclosure. While they sold their home less than
appraisal it was alittle more than what they did owe.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I am in a situation where most likely, my home will be foreclosed upon, as it too expensive for me to keep with no income, yet orSocial security or, savings.
I am willing to work with the bank, and do what I need to. I am going to call a few attorneys and see if I can get some free or cheap advice.
Thank you for another option, for possible advice.
