I lost my Morey 2 1/2 years ago and although I do get teary every day, the tears are not as deep and don't last as long.
Please allow yourself time and know that when the fog and pain lift you will see clearly again. You will have days filled with tears and sadness and then they will become hours and then minutes.
I'm sorry your feeling such a loss at such a young age. It's just not fair. We all know how you're feeling, we've ALL been there, just at different times.
Warmly,
Roz
Hopefully this different medication will help you get some much-needed rest and your body can settle down.
Thank God that your daughter got you to the Dr for medical help.
I know at 5 months I felt as if every day was some kind of deep nightmare.
You deserve some kind of Bravery medal for having done all the work so that a marker already got placed. I'm at 10 months, am almost 20 yrs older than you and haven't taken one step toward that.
I'm proud of you, and you should be very proud of EVERY step you have taken !
You didn't have a breakdown, it's Battle Fatigue- and well earned !
You're about my daughters age, and I KNOW you deserve a Medal.
~BIG HUG~
Thank you all for sharing.

I am close to your age, Loosing my husband has been and is the worst thing that has ever happened to me (not to mention my 3 boys). I hurt both physically and mentally every day. I am just at 15 months and for me it just simply hurts. I long for him and for his touch. With every passing day I miss him more. I do feel less foggy and I can talk about him with out crying right at the start so I guess that's better than nothing.
Listen to yourself and do for yourself what you feel you need. Cry, Scream, whatever it is. I do a lot of journaling and I talk to him every day. Im sorry for your loss but this is the place to be to get support and to know you are not alone.
