Got a phone call from my Granddaughter, we always called her my husband's third dog. (she did not find the humor in that however) BUT My old dog, her little dog we got from them, and she used to follow Grandpa everywhere. She shoulda been the boy, we had to buy her tools so she would leave Grandpas alone, she was always working with him, she helped him build our horse shelters, at age 11, hold the plywood up, use the drill, drill holes,and put in the screws. All day long.

Well she called to say "Grandma this year my Chocolate Easter Bunny won't be missing its ears" she said it rather sadly. I told her I could not eat them for her, it would not be fair. SO if they were missing it had to be Grandpa's ghost, she said well I hope it will be than. Than said I miss Grandpa...I did not cry until she hung up.
